RSM partnered with Firstly in January 2022 for our mentorship month initiative. Over 20 employees ranging from junior Associates to senior Partners from our San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices were engaged and excited to mentor local Bay Area college students. Our mentors have said that it was a great experience, and some mentors are still in contact with their mentees extending their relationship beyond the program!
